Hi all,

Our good friends are moving to Phoenix, probably Ahwatukee area, and want to buy a home and have it renovated before they move in. Can anyone recommend a trustworthy, reasonably priced GC? Our friend is an engineer and successfully managed their renovation here in Prairie Village 10 years ago. They already have an agent and will be in Phoenix in a week or two to househunt. Thanks!
