I am new to the Harrisburg area and I am having a hard time finding reliable workers to help with my current project. I need some help doing finish carpentry and flooring work would anyone happen to know reasonably priced people in this area who can do this type this of work.

This is always one of the hardest things to do. I would go to your local REIA and ask around for referrals. If someone's done right by another investor, they will probably do right by you.
