@Jeremy Dolan, you are so correct. I am truly amazed at the way those who have the knowledge willing give it to us who are trying to get into this field. I just hope we take advantage of everything that is here for us.

You don’t need to buy real estate to profit, control it for 60 to 90 banking days and sell it before closing. First, identify a cash flow or equity opportunity. Control the property with a contract that includes right of assignment, right of entry, right to market, and an escape clause.Advertise the property, and assign your contract for more than your purchase price.Earn $10,000 or more within 60 days!Sell by public “reserve” auction for a fast and lucrative sale. What is a "reserve" auction? Please bear with me I am a newbie.

Congrats and Keep Moving Forward. I just started this site about a month ago and it is amazing. I have been put in touch with the Harrisburg Area REIA. I went to see @David Krulac speak and I have been pumped since. Keep doing deals and keep push the bar up.

I really think this is the start of a whole new world of opportunities for me, and it's because I have been able to see and hear the experience of others without even moving from my seat.

I have been a member for maybe one month, and I have already used techniques that I have either read on the site, listened to on this site, or just asked a question and had other members give me useful commentary. By using BiggerPockets I feel less fearful when I try something because I know that there is really so much credible information here, and I can use this information before I even make my move. So that being said I want to send A Huge Shoutout to all those who are on this site helping others achieve what they have already achieved.
