How much would it cost to finish basement?

Hey guys,

How much would it cost (ballpark because there are many variables, will try to be as detailed as possible) to hire someone to finish certain aspects of a basement? 

For example, what would the cost be for installing drywall and framing, painting the entire basement, and installing a drop ceiling? The flooring is something we wouldn't have to worry about. ~ 700 sq ft basement 8ft high
