Whats a typical arrangement you have with contractors to get the job done right and quickly
One of the things i hear about is contractors taking their time if your not on them, How can you contractually make sure they are working

@Rod Desinord Contractors don't get paid for extending a job. They want to be in and out as quickly as possible, get final payment, and move on. If you want things to go smoothly,
- DON'T MAKE CHANGES MID STREAM.
- Make sure payment is on time
- Be sure you do your due diligence before hiring, check references, licenses, bonds, etc.
