Tract Homes
Hello BP, I have recieved today an invitation for bidding. My superintendent called me that there will be a bidding for renovation on 60 tract homes tomorrow. Anybody got experience on renovating multiple tract homes? I am sure lowest bidder wins, but is there any other things that i should know about when the owner will consider the bids? Is the proposal more of a qualification wise or price wise? I just want a heads up to gain the owner's confidence when I need to.
