Looking for a Chimney guy in MN Iron Range

I have a 2 story duplex in Eveleth MN with a nat gas boiler in the basement. The chimney is old and falling apart, some of the liner has collapsed. I'm looking for contractors to give me quotes on fixing this chimney... before the heating season starts which is rapidly approaching.
