Help with a leaning porch/deck

Hi,

I'm currently facing some issues with a project in Lorain. The contractors I've hired have not been reliable. One contractor, who was recommended to me, left the job about 60% complete and has gone MIA. After realizing he wasn't truthful with me, I ended our relationship.

The second contractor started on the flooring but then got COVID and had to leave. My main concern now is the unfinished porch.

I'm receiving bids that are all over the map: some are as low as $1,300 for labor, while others range from $4,000 to $10,000. One contractor claims he can finish the job in a day with three workers, while others estimate it will take a week.

I'm not sure how to proceed with this situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
