what's the best way to find commercial RE deals? I want to expand from multi families so I need some advice on how to find those deals like MLS of commercial RE?

what's the best book for syndication from the sponsor side of things? I am reading the hands-off investor but that's more for investors than starting my own syndication,

Start charging water to tenants, the bill has gone very high lately so I am thinking about charging water after I renew the lease flat small fee so they are aware about consumption and be mindful. why should I pay for tenant's water?

Hi @Account Closed we host 5 free monthly meetups in MA (Lowell, Waltham, Worcester, Gardner) and NH (Manchester) under the name Simplified REI. We always bring it guest speakers and are very big on no solicitation from guests since we've all been to those awkward sales pitchy meetups your mentioned. All of our meetups are listed here on BP under the Events tab. Our closest one to Boston is in Waltham at the craft food hall and the Lowell meetup is our biggest. If you're unable to find it on the events tab and are interested in getting more information please PM me.
