Need GC to help with estimates - Scope fees will be paid

Hi All, Hope everyone is doing well. I'm a newbie and want to buy a fixer-upper in East bay. I was hoping to find a general contractor who would charge some SCOPING FEES and be able to help me to determine ballpark repair estimates either by looking at Inspection reports or by walking the property in case their schedule permits. DM for more details. Thanks for reading this and god bless.
