Hi All. I hope everyone is keeping safe. After experimenting with some multi-families, I want to try my hands at New Construction. I have identified some parcels in an upcoming, growing area. Already working on permits and other processes and a few experienced friends helping with it. Now I want to find contractors in this area and how much the per sq. ft cost would be. Looking for tips from people who have worked with such professionals or professionals themselves. Any help is appreciated. God bless.

Hi All. In this market with tons of seasoned players around, how do a starter gets his/her first deal? Since good deals go away in first 1-2 days itself, what are the sources of information you can rely on. Is there a way to find out wholesalers in a particular area? I was hoping to find a general contractor who would charge some SCOPING FEES and be able to help me to determine ballpark repair estimates either by looking at Inspection reports or by walking the property in case their schedule permits.
