One of the hardest working guys I've come across in town is @Charlie Scheiderer and the guys over at Columbus Construction Co.  They have a great IG if you want to check out their work. They've done some high quality work for some clients.  Also have had some great work with Advent Real Estate, I actually bought one of their flips as my first house hack so I fell pretty confident speaking for their quality of work having actually lived in one of the properties.  I'd be happy to get you connected if you'd like.  And if you aren't part of the CREAM group on Facebook, there are some great people in there too.
