Mortgage in mixed use property

Hey everyone I need some help! Im attempting to write an offer on a 3 unit property. Two are apartments and one is a store front. Im being told according to fannie mae in order the get a mortgage on a mixed use property, one unit must be owner occupied. Can anyone confirm this and if so do you know of another option? Thanks alot everyone!
