Creative ideas for financing

So I took a government contract to hire job and will get hired on full time in may, but I found a property that I want to buy for a short term rental, I’ve been told by my banker I can’t get a loan until I get hired on full time, is there any other creative way to get financing, I have the down payment etc. I think it’s might be a lost cause, but I’m gonna ask anyway

@Tyrel Holman

Just go with a portfolio product if it's a rental property and go around the banks.  If you have decent credit, you can get 80% ltv and the rate can start in the 4's and 5's.  Don't fool with a bunch of "creative" options.  Go with an institutional loan product that closes all day, every day.  They don't require income verification, so the job issue isn't an issue.
