I’m considering pursuing an NMLS license and work as an MLO. I’d appreciate the chance to discuss this industry with any professionals in the DC Metro area. Thanks

@Mike Celli  I was able to ge the following paydays:

1. Wholesale fee - Via my investment company aka my LLC ($15,000) for finding the deal (This was in the agreement, full disclosure)

2. Realtor listing Commission - 3% Commission = $5,550

3. Realtor Buyers agent - 3% Commission = $1,550

4. Mortgage Loan Originator Commission - 1.75% Commission - $3,124

5. Rehab & Flip Profit = $50,000/2 = $25,000 each

** And the beauty of this deal was I didn't put any of my own money. OPM Baby!

Life is GOOD!
