Wondering what the current investment refi rate is?

Wondering what rate you're getting on an investment refinance ? What is the LTV ratio ? I'm in Florida. Please share and recommend any lenders or mortgage brokers you're working with. Thanks

I'm currently refinancing a SFR in which my old loan was 5.875% (30 year) with Flagstar. I'm not taking out any cash on the refinance, and I'm getting a 4% locked 15 year loan (amortized for 30 years) with a ballon at the end of the 15 years. This loan is with a local bank in middle Tennessee (Altra), and they will be servicing the loan the whole 15 years.
