Investor-friendly mortgage broker in the Denver/Boulder area

Phil Sharp
Posted

I have tried my best to use the Search and Network functions on the BP website, but to no avail. Hoping folks here can recommend a mortgage broker serving the Denver/Boulder area.  Thanks in advance for any leads?

@Phil Sharp

IMHO, local is not as important as responsive or has products for your purpose or works well with others unless you're looking for something that can and should be done by a local bank or credit union.  Other than that, find the person or company that has what you're looking for whether it's something like 1-4 unit, no income verification, 25% down, score down to 650 on a property that's stabilized with short seasoning or just a long term funding solution on a single family after the renovation is complete.

Lay out what you need so we (BP community) can help you.
