How to handle a home with two mortgages
Hello All! Looking for some advice on how to handle a home that has two mortgages and I guess one is due for full payment or refinance? Does this make sense? Is there a way to condense the two mortgages to one or is there a better way to make this situation more manageable. The property is located in Tucson Az. Thanks in advance!
