Hi all. We recently acquired a property that we are going to brrrr. We decided to put the property in our LLC. This is our first time and I would like to know which commercial lenders are best for refinancing. We would like to do it once rehab is complete in the next 3 months. Thank you in advance for your help fellow BP’ers!
