I was curious if anyone has been able to successfully utilize a commercial lender to do an acquisition of multiple properties under one mortgage? If so, can you please share their information?

I’ve been building a list of investor friendly lenders.  Here are the few that say they do aggregate or blanket type mortgages.

Dayton Capital

Conventus 

FOAC bundles 7+

Colony American bundles 5+

Rental home financing say 1 to 1000 properties

Visio 3 to 7 in a bundle
