Hi Everyone.  Can anyone recommend a bank in the Orlando area which is small business & investor friendly?  I've read quite a few people recommending the smaller local banks over the national ones.  Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

@Giuseppe Pavone and @Joel Gierbolini I would try a broker to shop the loan out for you.  Most brokers say that are approved with 50 plus lenders even though they only use 5.
