Community Bank for LLC Mortgage

Hello:

I am seeking a bank to do a mortgage for my LLC.

I am ready to purchase my next property, but looking to do the mortgage in my company's name as opposed to under my personal finance.  I do understand the pros and cons of doing this. However, I am having difficulties finding bank that will lend to an out of state resident for purchase in PA.   I am from there. My company is established there. I am temporarily located out of state for work purpose.

Any help? Really don't want to tie up my personal credit any further.

Thanks much!
