Kansas City Broker- Refi <6 Months?

Are there any RE investors in the KC area that have found someone willing to refi in less than 6 months?  I have done quite a bit of calling around and 6 months is the best I can find.  I am a newbie investor and don't have any strong relationships built with brokers in the area so maybe thats part of the reason why?

We have several banks that have been willing to do this, here's a list and the contact person, although their criteria depends on a lot of factors of course and I can't guarantee they would be willing to do so as quickly for everyone:

- Bank 21 - Tyler Knott

- Cornerstone Bank - Michelle Guthrie

- TriCentury Bank - Travis Hicks

- Fidelity Bank - Steve Umphrey

Good luck!
