Lenders specialized in 203k and other rehab loans

Looking for recommendations for Chicago area lenders specializing in 203k loans as well as Rehab loans.  If you've had personal experience with any and can highly recommend, please share!

I'm in the final stretch of my first full gut rehab  with a crowdfunder loan (yay!) - will catch up with timeline and share soon - perhaps my second deal would qualify me for somewhat better terms, perhaps not, but I want to investigate.

Also looking for 203k for personal residence, I know many lenders, but hoping to find a personally recommended one who specializes in 203k.
