Owner Occupied Multi Family
Hello Everyone,
I'm currently looking for 2-4 family to house hack in. The problem is I currently own a single family, and I was told by a mortgage broker it would be impossible to get an fha loan for a multi family, while I own the single family. The plan would be to rent the single family and move into the multi family. Is there a way around this problem? How can I convince the bank that I have every intention of moving into the multi family? Thank you in advance.
