I was wondering as towns begin to implement permits for short term rentals are Airbnb and Vrbo requiring a copy? If the property is listed before the permits are required are the platforms then reaching out for the permit once the permit is required?

Hi @Michael Baum, 

I have ltr insurance, but I recently switched my strategy to str and mtr. My current commercial carrier doesn’t carry str that’s more than 2 units. My agent is currently shopping the property for one that does, but I’m starting to call around as well. I will give Proper a call, thank you for the recommendation.
