Draw inspection for local Austin/Bastrop Texas lenders.

We are licensed Professional Home Inspectors in Bastrop TX. Close to Austin. We would like to expand the Draw inspection part of our business. Any advice on working directly with lenders would be appreciated. Im interested in knowing what they look for in a company they choose for inspections, for example- preferred reporting methods? Is price or fast turn around more important? Do they prefer using a company that farms out the inspections or work directly with an inspection company?  Thanks in advance! This is part of our bigger investment plans.
