We are licensed,insured Real Estate Inspectors located in Bastrop TX approximately 45 minutes from Austin. Home inspections, Mobile home foundation certifications,draw inspections,occupancy checks. We can also be boots on the ground for out of state investors. We are newbies looking into flips and buy & holds within 100 miles of our area. We are licensed Professional Home Inspectors in Bastrop TX. Close to Austin. We would like to expand the Draw inspection part of our business. Any advice on working directly with lenders would be appreciated. Im interested in knowing what they look for in a company they choose for inspections, for example- preferred reporting methods? Is price or fast turn around more important? Do they prefer using a company that farms out the inspections or work directly with an inspection company?  Thanks in advance! This is part of our bigger investment plans.
