Getting Sponsored - Part Time?

Hello Everyone!

I'm working on getting licensed as a broker; I have about a month left on the course and was wondering what firms sponsor brokers who are starting part time. I want to get sponsored, but I have another sales job that generates income that I'd like to keep as I learn how to sell and invest in real estate. What brokerage firms should I be looking at in the Chicagoland area? I know there are many that only hire full time/experience, and others who you can just pay for the sponsorship to maintain your license.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions and help!
