Commercial / Portfolio Lenders in the Atlanta Area

I recently acquired five buy and hold rental properties in Atlanta. Given that I am new to this particular market, I am in need of a lender that can perform a cash out refi on these houses. The lender will most likely need to be a commercial and/or a portfolio lender that can do the loan in an LLC, with me personally guaranteeing it.
