Commercial / Portfolio Lenders in the Atlanta Area

I recently acquired five buy and hold rental properties in Atlanta. Given that I am new to this particular market, I am in need of a lender that can perform a cash out refi on these houses. The lender will most likely need to be a commercial and/or a portfolio lender that can do the loan in an LLC, with me personally guaranteeing it.

Please let me know if there is anyone that can be recommended for this type of loan. Thanks in advance for any assistance you are able to provide!
