Lenders view on Conservation Easements
I am seeking input from a Lenders perspective, on the valuation of property protected by a conservation or development limiting easement.
Is the value actually written down if the property is kept and preforms under its intended use, at purchase?
I have scene in several instances, the limitation on development actually is a premium on the open market.
any insight is appreciated
