Pros and Cons of a Real Estate Appraiser?
Hi everyone,
I'm sure this isn't the forum for this but seeing as appraisers primarily work for bankers and lenders I figured I'd list this question here.
I'm currently contemplating a career as a real estate appraiser and wanted to get some insight on the profession. For the most part I understand the course work and training involved and I already have someone lined up to work under as an apprentice.
My question is what are some of the pros and cons associated with a residential/commercial appraiser? What are some tips you would give someone going into the profession?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Anthony
