Any good transactional funding companies in Birmingham Alabama

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with a transactional funding company in Birmingham al. I have never used one , but I have a deal under contract that I might have to. thanks

Looking for cheapest places and you experiences. The houses I have been dealing with have a top Arv of $65000 but typical are $45,000. Thanks everyone any advice would be welcomed.
