Hi does anyone know lenders that does DSCR blanket loans for foreign nationals. I am looking at properties around the 75k range. I will need a lender that can do 150k purchase price with a blanket loan.

Hi does that mean the minimum purchase price of the property has to be <77k, with a down payment of 35%? 

 okay thanks for your insight, I've heard that in some parts of south city its getting rough too. What is your average purchase price of a property? Im looking at properties under 85k so I can only invest in certain areas.

Hi, Im a foreign national from Canada in need of a no doc DCSR loan. I am looking at properties around the 75k range so I would need a lender that can do minimum loan amount of 50k. If any one have some suggestions or recommendations that would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Im a foreign nation from Canada and is looking to invest in the st Louis market, specifically the north county area. Any suggestions if it's a good market to start from? Future growth etc?
