Data collection + underwriting variables for DSCR loans
To everyone that lends for long term rental properties (1-4 units), how do you collect the data you need in order to underwrite the risk (Ie excel form, file uploads, etc...)? Also, outside of the asset value, what are the other variables that you include in the underwriting model to correctly assess the risk? I would love to chat with anybody that is open to walking me through their process!
