Loan Officer needed in Florida

We are in need of a loan officer for Investment property purchases in the state of Florida. We currently have 5 deals worth 1M+ with a loan officer who comes in at or around 10AM in the morning and leaves at 4PM. These hours will not work for us. Some of us are located in CA and others in Colorado. Even if we were in the same time zone, we are not interested in a loan officer who has set hours when we have this many deals on the table.

If you are a pit-bull, who knows how to be creative, familiar with the STATE of Florida's lenders and work until the deal is closed regardless of the hours, send me a PM so we can talk. Please, we are in need of an experienced and creative loan officer.
