Hospitality Loan Advice
Hi All,
We are working to secure a property in the hospitality space. We seem to be hitting road blocks with lending, as most we know are SFH & MFH. What advice do you have for vetting lenders, as well as sourcing?
Thank you

Hospitality is a different beast as you truly are buying a business and stepping more away from the traditional Multi family real estate investments. I would recommend local community banks. Even pre Covid a lot of lenders were hitting their caps on loan concentrations for the hospitality industry as a whole. Add in Covid there are still a lot of non performing assets out there. Proceed with caution is my advice.
