Separate Bank Accounts for Rental Property

Hi all!

Was curious if anyone had an insight on to which bank/credit unions would be best to set up a separate bank account with? Hoping one has proven better rates for the future and just overall better for real estate investors.

My SFH rental prop is currently in Texas but wants to set up a separate account locally because hoping to do deals down here soon.

I've heard mixed reviews on SDCCU, Mission Fed, Cal Coast, etc., and am curious which one is best for real estate investors...

Thanks all!
