Recommended Wisconsin Lenders/Credit Unions/Banks

Hey everyone!

Does anyone recommend any Wisconsin-based credit unions or local banks that might offer "better" terms for investors? A few interesting items could be allowing 80% LTV loans on single family rentals? Allowing 30 year conventional loans on investment single family houses? Or having low closing costs? Community First Credit Union seems to be solid but was curious if anyone has other recommendations?

Thanks!

Hi Gregory, how much experience do you have as an investor, in terms of rehabbing, renting single or multi-family properties, etc., in the last 1 - 3 - 5 years or so?  This can have an impact on how much leverage you can get.
