Looking for an investor!!!!

Just going to jump in. Looking for someone to invest with me in a duplex. I refinanced my primary and my rental property and I'm going to take that cash and purchase another rental property.

I already have a duplex that is currently being built, should be done in August. The price is $425,900. Looking for someone to go 50/50 with. Already have the pre approval from the bank. The down payment is $130,000 with a monthly payment around $2466. It's looking like I can get around $3600-$4000 a month for rent. 

If anyone out there is interested or wants some more info let me know.

Hi @Ezra Soto, are you already approved to buy this property solely in your name? Are you looking for a partner to assist with down payment and in turn you will both be 50/50 owners?
