Agent Working with Investors
Hi Everyone! I hope everyone is having a prosperous and successful week.
I am getting into real estate investing and have begun working with investors. I want to maximize my time with investors and also refrain from falling into the "working for free mode".
Normally with investors I have no issue running a quick comp.
I have found a few homes that are of a few investor interests. I could give them the address then hope they would allow me to write the offers for them or ask for a commitment up front.
What is the rule of thumb?
Clearly I want to develop a positive relationship with each as we all have similar goals and I don't want to turn anyone off.
Is it unreasonable to ask them to sign a Buyer Agreement before giving them further details on the property?
Thanks in advance for your responses!
