Shout out to my new Brokerage

I recently joined this up and coming brokerage called eHomes. They are located in Chino,CA but have another brokerage in Orange County and 2-3 weeks ago just opened another in San Diego with plans to opening another brokerage in Los Angeles area. Elmer Morales is the founder of eHomes and has much experience and unique relationships in the industry making his team the "Best of Zillow", based on consumer surveys, putting us in the top 1% of Realtors in the country. 

Since I've been there I have to say it's been an AWESOME experience. I've been at two other brokerages and interviewed many others and the main/biggest difference I see is the "Culture". The support is insane, they have people and systems in place for experienced and new agents alike to work in a positive upbring environment, not to mention the support and training from top producers that are always in the office. The second best thing is they definitely provide "Opportunity"! I was looking to level up and within the first week I was already filling up my pipeline. Lastly they are "Growing" and providing tremendous benefits and advantages over other brokerages. I know that as a newer agent that's really trying to make it in this industry it's very important who you decide to be around with, and who you trust to have your back when you need during tough situations, during crucial hours. I believe I've found that place and for that reason I just wanted to give this Shout out!
