CRM Help - Worth it?

Hello All - had my license for a little over a year now and have done like 14m in sales. A majority of my clients have been through word of mouth, referrals, networking on IG and FB, and bigger pockets.

I have only been using excel to keep track of transactions and clients thus far and don't mind it but I think I'm at the point where some leads are starting slip through especially colder ones. My old broker had KV core and i dabbled around in it but in my opinion it was way too involved and took way too much time to figure out and use and i didn't feel like i was getting the value out of it because a lot of my leads/clients are relationships i've had. I've been playing around with Liondesk today and although I do like it, i just feel like the drip campaigns and texting from what is essentially a google number feels impersonal.

I guess what i'm trying to figure out is if it's worth it just to continue to operate with my network the way i have been through IG/FB/text/call and then use someone like Liondesk for the colder leads that typically come in or if there is some type of CRM out there that isn't super expensive that doesn't feel as impersonal.
