Hello BP Family.
It's been so long since I last posted! I'm here often reading though.
I've become intrigued with the somewhat new profession of real estate consulting. Selling your services a la carte and being valued for your knowledge.
I have a question for anyone with consulting experience:

As a consultant there are multiple way to get paid (by the hour, flat fee, %), that being said, how do you split the payment with your broker?
