Lending finder fee 2.5 points???

Hey everyone i need some incite. I was looking for a lender for a mixed property. The lender I spoke to could not accommodate me but found me a private investor to give me a loan. The lenders finder fee was 2.5 points on a 475k property. Is this a normal amount? Thanks everyone!
