Post Card ad campaign for new real estate agents?

Hello to all my fellow Real estate agents! I am a new agent, and am considering running a direct mail post card campaign to the areas I am looking to farm. These will mostly be prospective sellers. What companies are you working with that have brought you success with your post cards? Is there a particular post card design/layout that seems to work better then others? What company will print the cards and mail them for you with a mailing list provided by the agent? Thank you in advance for any feedback and help with this matter.

Prospect Plus.  My broker uses them.  I'm about to try them myself.  I design my own cards and upload them to their editor.  But they have some good pre-made designs as well.
