Hello BP community! I am going to start a youtube channel and do some videos for facebook, and I am wondering what is the best equipment to use while starting out. I know I will need a dslr camera, a mic, some kind of lighting and a tri-pod. I was wondering for those of you doing this what equipment are you currently using, what are some rookie mistakes I can avoid and what is a good training/teaching resource for a beginner in the Vlog sphere. Thank you all so much!!

Hello to all my fellow Real estate agents! I am a new agent, and am considering running a direct mail post card campaign to the areas I am looking to farm. These will mostly be prospective sellers. What companies are you working with that have brought you success with your post cards? Is there a particular post card design/layout that seems to work better then others? What company will print the cards and mail them for you with a mailing list provided by the agent? Thank you in advance for any feedback and help with this matter.

I was in your shoes recently Gregory, I decided to take the plunge and get my license.  The license course is very informative. It will help you to understand contracts, types of ownership, how property is transferred and other relevant topics for your investment goals. I went full time as a sales agent and am now learning how to market myself and build my brand. It isn't easy but I am confident if I keep doing the right things I will become a succesful agent and achieve all of my real estate goals. Cheers and good luck!
