Anyone that’s a great agent or that recommends a great agent in the Montgomery/Prattville area, please advise.

I would prefer an agent familiar w Bigger Pockets and also a current investor. Nonetheless, definitely open to any and all suggestions. I am a resident of California and current investor in the Montgomery area with 2 homes rented so not entirely new but always willing to learn more. Thanks in advance and Happy New Year!
