Searching for an investor friendly brokerage in Greenville, SC

Hello. My name is Hung Nguyen. I am an investor in Greenville, SC with 2 deals under my belt. A duplex and a triplex. I passed my real estate exam a few months back.

I am looking for a brokerage that is flexible in or can operate in Greenville, SC. I would prefer to work with a brokerage that does not have any monthly/yearly fees. I do plan on making 1-3 sales a month, and make commissions off of referrals.
