I am looking for someone who can recommend an investor friendly real estate agent in the Picayune, Ms. area who is trustworthy and reliable. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations please let me know.

I need an agent who I can use to purchase/sell with and also get comps from.

If there is another way that I could get this information without using a real estate agent then please give me some suggestions so I can try that route.
